Orders placed by 5 pm EST Monday - Friday [end of office hours] will generally ship out by the next business day.
FloridaMixtapes.com uses the United States Postal Office for all deliveries.
Shipping and handling charges are 99¢ plus an additional 99¢ for each CD ordered.

Return/Exchange Policy
At FloridaMixtapes.com, customer service is preeminent, and we want to make sure that you are
100% satisfied with every order. However, because of the ease in which media is duplicated, we cannot allow refunds on sales of any CD's,
DVD's or any other merchandise distributed on the site.
If you receive a defective item, contact us here
[please put "RE: DEFECTIVE" in the subject line] to notify us that you will be sending the item back.
Please note in the email: your name, address, defective CD, and what in particular was misplaying on the particular CD.
At that point, return the defective item to the following address:

You must send us back the defective item (CD & COVER/INSERT ONLY! DO NOT SEND
PLASTIC JEWEL CASE) in a standard envelope.
Upon receipt of the defective item, FloridaMixtapes.com will re-send you
an exact replacement of the defective item.
